A little clarity on credits.

Banana Studio web uses one balance for image, video and music creation. The cost depends on the model and settings, and is shown before you create.

Your plan allowance

Refreshes, not rollover

Unused plan credits expire at the end of their credit period. The quarterly subscription refreshes credits monthly; it does not grant all three months at once. The paid introductory period has its own 225-credit allowance.

Top-ups

Extra packs contain 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 or 25,000 credits. Purchased credits do not expire, but using them requires an active eligible web subscription. Plan credits are spent before purchased credits.

Technical failures

A definitive generation failure returns reserved credits. Retrying a timed-out request uses its original request identifier, so a retry does not create an extra charge. Check History before starting another request.

Web and iOS

Your web account and credit balance are separate from the Banana Studio iOS app. The website uses its own displayed credit scale and web prices; mobile purchases do not transfer here.
