Terms of use

Effective October 17, 2026. These terms apply to the Banana Studio website at bananastudioapp.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account details and keep your password private. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a subscription. Banana Studio web accounts, subscriptions, credits and creations are separate from the iOS app and from other websites.

Creating responsibly

Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights. We may restrict access for abuse or violations.

Your content and AI outputs

You retain any rights you have in your uploads. You allow us and our service providers to process your prompts and files to provide the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. AI outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or subject to third-party rights. Review results before using or publishing them; commercial use is subject to applicable law and the selected provider’s terms.

Plans and renewals

The monthly introductory offer is US$1.99 for 7 days with 225 credits, followed by US$29.99 per month with 2,200 credits. The quarterly plan is US$59.97 every 3 months, with 2,200 credits refreshed each month. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Applicable taxes and the exact payable total are shown at checkout. The introductory period is paid, not a free trial.

Credits

Generation costs vary by model and settings and are shown before submission. Subscription credits expire at the end of the introduction or monthly credit period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire but require an active eligible web membership to use. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash redemption value. A definitive technical generation failure returns reserved credits; disliking a successfully generated result is not a technical failure.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal in Settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to available credits. See our refund policy for help with duplicate payments, technical problems and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Availability

Features, models and provider availability can change. We may pause generation or checkout during maintenance. While checkout is paused, no purchase can be completed. Download copies of creations you want to retain; the service is not a permanent archival service.
