Billing & refunds

For a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a service problem, contact nanobananastudio@gmail.com with your web account email and payment reference. Do not send full card details.

Cancel a subscription

Cancel renewal in Settings before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and retains access until the paid period ends, subject to remaining credits. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment.

Generation failures

Credits reserved for a definitively failed provider job are returned once. If a request times out, check History and recover the existing job before trying again. A successful result that differs from your expectations is not automatically a refundable technical failure.

Refund requests

We review requests based on the transaction, service delivery, usage and applicable consumer law. Any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply in your country remain available. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank and payment provider.

Mobile purchases

Apple purchases are separate from the website and follow Apple’s purchase and refund process. Web credits cannot restore or replace an iOS purchase.
