How to cancel your plan

You can cancel Banana Studio Pro at any time from your plan page on bananastudioapp.com. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal; it does not delete your account.

Cancel on the web

1. Sign in and open Settings. Your plan is at the top.
2. At the bottom of the page, under Cancel subscription, choose the Cancel subscription button.
3. Telling us why is optional: Continue works without an answer, and Keep my plan leaves with no change.
4. If you qualify, the next screen shows a one-time offer, a pause, or both. Taking either is up to you; No thanks, cancel my plan cancels in one tap. Otherwise you see Cancel your plan? to confirm.

When it is done, you see “Your plan is canceled.”

What you may be offered instead

• One-time offer, once per subscription: US$25 off your next renewal, so a monthly or introductory plan renews at US$4.99 and a quarterly plan at US$34.97. After that it continues at the regular price with the normal credits. Nothing is charged today.
• Pause: 1 or 3 months on a monthly plan, 3 months on a quarterly plan. You keep the period you already paid for; after it there are no charges and no monthly credits until billing restarts on its own on the date shown.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep access, and any plan credits you have left, until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment is unpaid or a pause is running, nothing paid is running, so the plan ends that day.
• Unused plan credits expire when the plan ends. Free and purchased credits stay in your account and never expire. Without a plan they work on FLUX.2 Klein 9B, Seedream 4.5 and image templates; videos, dances and the other models need a plan.
• Changed your mind? Resume subscription on your plan page undoes the cancellation until the period ends.
• Cancelling does not refund a payment that was already taken. See Refunds and failed creations for when we do refund.
• Your account and your saved creations stay.

Timing

• To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Your plan page shows the next charge and its date.
• During the 7-day introductory period, cancelling stops the plan from renewing at US$29.99 a month. You keep access until the introductory period ends.
• Deleting your account, or simply no longer using the studio, does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it on your plan page.

Bought in the iPhone app?

Apple manages subscriptions bought in the Banana Studio iPhone app. Cancel those in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. A web plan cannot be cancelled through Apple, and an App Store subscription cannot be cancelled here. More in Web and iPhone app purchases.
