Charges on your card statement

Help center / Billing and your plan

Who charges you

Banana Studio is run by Apphesus OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Banks show a short description next to each charge, and many shorten it, so the wording on your statement can vary from bank to bank.

Amounts to look for

Every Banana Studio charge is one of these amounts, plus any tax shown at checkout:

Match a charge to your account

  • If you have a receipt email for the payment, compare its date and amount.
  • In Settings, Invoices & billing details lists your invoices.
  • Plans renew on their renewal date; see When your plan renews.

A charge you don’t recognise

Email nanobananastudio@gmail.com with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Never send a full card number. Charges for purchases in the iPhone app come from Apple, not from us.

Still need help?

Email nanobananastudio@gmail.com from the address on your account. Never send full card details by email.
