When your plan renews

Banana Studio Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; any tax and the exact total are shown at checkout.

Plans and renewals

The introductory period is a paid period, not a free trial.

Find your renewal date

Open Settings. Your plan card shows the next charge, its amount and its date. If you have cancelled, it shows the date your plan stays active until instead.

Credits at renewal

Each month brings a fresh plan allowance of 2,200 credits. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Free and purchased credits are separate and never expire. More in How credits work.

Starting Pro early

During the introductory period you can start the monthly plan straight away: the introduction ends at once, US$29.99 is charged that day and your monthly credits start. Unused introductory credits do not carry over.

Switching or pausing

• Change plan on your plan page switches between monthly and quarterly at your next renewal. Nothing is charged or prorated today.
• A pause (offered when you cancel) lasts 1 or 3 months on a monthly plan, or 3 months on a quarterly plan. You keep the period you already paid for; after it there are no charges and no monthly credits until billing restarts on its own on the date shown. You can resume earlier from your plan page.

If a renewal payment fails

Renewals are charged to the payment method on your plan. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried and Pro pauses until it is paid; a banner links to your plan page, where you can update your payment method. Free and purchased credits keep working in the meantime.

Price changes

If we raise the price of your plan, we tell you by email or in the studio at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then, and the old price applies until the end of your current period.
